$5 All Pours - Distilled, Properly Aged, and Brewed in Salida, Colorado

Cuvee Blanc, Vino Salida, 2013

Dry blend; light-bodied.  Golden-raisin character, aromas of fresh rain on stones, and bright grassy notes with distinct mineral characteristics. Unoaked.  Viognier/Riesling/Chardonnay

 

Vino Rosso di Salida, Vino Salida, 2014

A dry, medium- to full-bodied red wine, has dried cherry and blackberry fruit character, medium tannins and pepper notes.  Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, Syrah, & Carignan.

 

Traditional Mead, Vino Salida

Crafted with Salida alfalfa/clover honey from the Beekeeper’s Honey Boutique.  Semi-sweet; medium bodied; honeycomb character and dried grass notes.

HEADWATERS IPA, AMICA'S MICROBREWERY

Headwaters has a clear emphasis on balance, with plenty of hop bitterness, aroma and flavor, but also a great malt profile that backs up and supports the wonderful citrus notes from the use of Cascade and Centennial hops. Medium bodied with a lingering hop palate.

BIG S BROWN, AMICA’S MICROBREWERY

Big S is an American-style brown ale, with big malt complexity. Caramel and chocolate malts provide the rich backbone to this year-round favorite. Hopping is moderate and provides balance for an even finish.

A delicious combination of Wood’s hopped gin [distilled around the corner], elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, lemon simple syrup, and freshly brewed tea—perfect for a warm September day.
