2025 Fiber Festival Exhibition 1st Place Winner created by Monica Kryzer.

The Salida Fiber Festival, now in its fifteenth year, is thrilled to present its twelfth annual Fiber Art Exhibition, open to fiber artists residing within 50 miles of Salida or 2026 festival vendors. The exhibition, which will open during the weekend of the festival, September 12-13, and continue through September, will be mounted in the Paquette Gallery at the Salida SteamPlant and is open to original designs in all forms of fiber art.

This exhibition is a chance for fiber artists to showcase and possibly sell their work, and for art lovers to see and appreciate firsthand beautiful objects made through various fiber techniques, including knitting, weaving, sewing, crocheting, beading, dyeing, and stitching.

The Grand Opening of the Fiber Art Exhibition will be held at the SteamPlant Event Center, Thursday, September 10, 2026, starting at 5:00pm. Visitors will be able to eat and drink on the plaza, peruse the gorgeous entries in the Paquette Gallery, and vote for their favorite. Then the People's Choice awards (cash!!) will be handed out in the theater.

The Festival Board thanks the Salida Creative District, the Salida Council for the Arts, and Amicas Pizza Microbrew & More for their support of the Fiber Art Exhibition Grand Opening and Fiber Art Film.

Rules for entry and entry form can be found in the links below.
